Questionar o ser e suas moradas, entendendo o ser kalunga. Nos elos entre passado, presente e futuro questiona-se a ligação dos espaços, tempos, objetos e do próprio ser humano; fazendo paralelos entre a casa e o ser que ali reside. As semelhanças são construídas de forma que levam a entender que a “residência”, como objeto de habitação, passa a ser mais uma vestimenta de um ser que habita um corpo. Fala sobre os vínculos com o antigo, com o passado; e, ao mesmo tempo, estar presente no agora.
Synopsis:
To question being and its dwellings through an understanding of the kalunga being. Along the links between past, present, and future, the work interrogates the connections among spaces, temporalities, objects, and the human subject itself, drawing parallels between the house and the being who inhabits it. These correspondences are constructed so as to suggest that “residence,” as an object of habitation, becomes yet another garment of a being that inhabits a body. The work reflects on bonds with the ancient, with the past, while simultaneously remaining present in the now.
